As part of an ongoing assignment, the Avendt Group represents the largest potentially responsible party in a series of regional Superfund Consent Orders. The projects involve completion of Consent Order site investigation and remediation obligations for a former manufacturing facility, sludge lagoons, adjacent waterways and regional groundwater contaminated with plating wastes and chlorinated solvents.
