Brass Foundry Site Redevelopment

The site characterization, remedial investigation and remedial action plan for the redevelopment of a former American Brass Foundry site with a 304,000 square foot main building located on 28 acres in the Los Angeles metropolitan area is being managed by The Avendt Group under a cooperation agreement between the former owners. The remediation involves both source control and treatment for chlorinated solvent contamination in soils and groundwater.
